Nolan is the eldest child of Banair Nandalia and Arland. For two years, he has been a member of the Anscombe Council, a council which solves small matter and those the Duillaine might be biased against. Even as a member of the Council, he is not privy to information regarding his sisters Isauria, Ariana, and Zelene and only knows they are still in hiding and still alive.
